At Framar, we want to ensure you are obsessed with your new tools; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Pro Tools

  Securely pack your unused items in their original Framar packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
